Effective July 1st, 2022 the Commercial Landfill is open only Monday - Friday.
Gate Rate = $110 per ton for Bulky/Construction & Demolition Waste.
The Town of Manchester operates an active Bulky/Construction & Demolition Waste Landfill. The Landfill is permitted by the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection and has a permit to operate until December of 2025. The Landfill is also permitted to accept petroleum contaminated soils, regulated soils and other non-hazardous special and manufacturing wastes. Listed below are the standard forms and applications that are required to transact business with the Town of Manchester's Landfill as a commercial customer.
