The Town of Manchester proposes to resurface Case Drive, Bluefield Drive, Carver Lane, House Drive and Mcguire Lane. Work will include the removal and replacement of bituminous concrete pavement and manhole and drain tops. It also includes replacing existing concrete sidewalk ramps to new ADA standards.
