Parking Ban

As a reminder, overnight parking is not allowed on public streets or municipal parking lots between the hours of 2:00 AM and 6:00 AM from December 1st until April 1st. Parked vehicles are one of the biggest obstacles to effective snow removal. Please support winter storm response efforts by parking your vehicle in conformance with the winter parking ban.

Free Shred Event

The Town of Manchester Public Works Department is hosting a FREE SHRED EVENT!

Don't miss out on this opportunity to declutter your space! All documents will be securely shredded on-site and the shredded paper will be recycled. The event will be held at the Public Works parking lot from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, OR UNTIL FULL.

This event is for Manchester Residents only. Proof of residency is required at check-in via a driver’s license or a Manchester Recycling permit. There is a 2 box maximum per resident.
