Important 2024 Tax Bill Notice

The first installment of taxes on the Grand List of Oct 1, 2023 are due and payable on July 1, 2024. Failure to pay any tax due July 1, 2024, on or before Aug 1, 2024, will cause the tax to become delinquent and subject to interest at the rate of 1.5% per month, back to the original due date of July 2024.

Manchester commemorated its Bicentennial anniversary with a year-long slate of events and activities which aimed to remember the past, celebrate the present, and dream about the future. The celebration engaged the community with festive events; we honored and celebrated the community’s diversity, we reflected upon the past to remember and inform younger generations, captured, preserved, and discovered stories of historical significance and highlight the planning and reimagining of Manchester’s places to live, work and play for the next 200 years.
