New Deadline Announced for ARPA Business Grants

The Town of Manchester announces a change in the deadline for its ARPA grant programs for businesses. The deadline has been moved up from October 1, 2024, to July 1, 2024.

Eligible town businesses can access two programs utilizing American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds.

Business Façade and Signage Improvement Fund Grant Program:

Reimbursement grants are available for projects enhancing the exterior appearance of commercial and mixed-use buildings and signage.

Business Investment Fund Grant Program: 

Matching grants are offered for projects focusing on code compliance, accessibility, energy efficiency, sustainability, and the revitalization of underutilized spaces to create jobs and boost economic vitality.

Both programs aim to revitalize commercial properties, fostering vibrancy and economic growth across the town.
