The first installment of taxes on the Grand List of Oct 1, 2023 are due and payable on July 1, 2024. Failure to pay any tax due July 1, 2024, on or before Aug 1, 2024, will cause the tax to become delinquent and subject to interest at the rate of 1.5% per month, back to the original due date of July 2024.

All Manchester water customers in Glastonbury. Water will be shut off due to system improvements to the water main in Glastonbury, starting on Monday, July 22, 2024 and ending on Wednesday, July 24, 2024.
If weather is a factor, we will extend to Thursday, July 25, 2024.
The water will be shut off between the hours of 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM each day.
Expect minor delays during active construction while alternating traffic control or detours are used.
