⚠️Cold Weather Alert ⚠️: Forecasters are predicting low temperatures throughout the week and weekend. Residents are advised to stay indoors; if you must go out, please take proper precautions. The Manchester Weiss Center (479 Main St), Senior Center (549 Middle Turnpike E) lobbies and Manchester Libraries are available during regular hours for anyone needing respite.

If you are at risk from the cold, you can call 860-645-5500 for assistance. Individuals who are unhoused and in need of assistance should contact 2-1-1 or MACC Charities.
