Home Care includes a wide range of health and supportive care that is provided in the home.

• A NURSE assesses a patient's medical status, self care, medication and communicates with the physician.

• A HOME HEALTH AIDE performs "hands-on" care such as assisting with bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting.

• A HOMEMAKER performs housekeeping duties including cooking, cleaning, shopping and laundry.
