The Town of Manchester proposes to replace approximately 67,000 square feet of concrete sidewalk on the following streets in Manchester: Dover Rd., Edison Rd., Fulton Rd., Hendee Rd., Whitney Rd., Jarvis Rd., Carol Dr., Thomas Dr. and Chester Dr. It includes other incidental work such as the construction of curbs, driveway aprons and ramps, minor storm drainage retrofits, pavement, driveway and lawn restoration and traffic control.
It also includes the construction of new sidewalks on Center Street (from Jarvis Rd. to House #705) and on Olcott Street (between Thomas Dr. and Adams St.) to fill existing gaps in the sidewalk network.

End Construction: September 2024
This project is funded from the 2021 Public Works Bond Referendum.
