Manchester Continuum of Care

The Continuum of Care Working Group is an affliation of local and State agencies, and non-profit organizations and service providers that work together to collect, assess and distribute information about and advocates for the development of housing, programs and services to provide and maintain adequate, affordable housing and supports for the homeless and those at risk of homelessness.
