Join author Robert Harris as he details the military contributions of African Americans throughout American History. From Crispus Attucks at the Boston Massacre to Peter Salem at the Battle of Bunker Hill and Dorie Miller at Pearl Harbor, Harris celebrates the accomplishments of these soldiers. Harris is a retired United States Army veteran, serving assignments in Germany and South Korea. A retired corrections officer, Harris has lived his lifelong dream of riding with the Buffalo Soldiers, doing so on his 2006 Honda trike.
