If you are an athletic organization looking to use/rent a field in Manchester, you will need to complete the below Use Application. If you are an organization looking to hold a special event in Manchester, or use/rent a facility, you will need to complete the Use Application below. Please note that this is an all-inclusive application. Please complete all required fields and include as much detail as possible so that a decision can be made expeditiously.

It's 2025! Don't forget to renew your membership card! Stop by one of our locations starting Thursday, January 2, 2025. Please remember, the fees are back this year. With a recreation membership card, you will have access to a wide array of activities, amenities, facilities, and events.
