The Eighth Utilities District has merged with the Town of Manchester effective July 1, 2023.
As of July 1, 2023, all tax collection enforcement will be transferred to, and administered by, the Town of Manchester, as per their current collections policies.
**Effective July 1, 2023, sewer will no longer be paid through the tax bill. Sewer usage will be billed via the Town of Manchester Water & Sewer Department and will appear on your quarterly Water & Sewer bill.**
