Passport Services at the Town Hall in Manchester CT are currently by appointment only and limited to one customer per appointment. The Customer Service & Information Center at the Manchester Connecticut Town Hall has been designated as a Passport Acceptance Facility by the U.S. Passport Agency, which means that we are authorized to accept and process the applications, before forwarding them to the U.S. Passport Agency for issuance of passports.
U.S. passports are only issued to U.S. citizens or nationals. Each person must personally appear in the Customer Service & Information Center to apply for his or her own passport. *Children under 16 must appear in person along with both parents.

When you have completed your application, and assembled all required documents as instructed below, please call for an appointment at the Manchester Connecticut Town Hall: 860-647-5235.

*FOR CHILDREN UNDER 16 YEARS OF AGE - Children and both parents need to be present. Parents need to sign application in front of Acceptance Agent. Both parents must provide proper identification.
ROUTINE PROCESSING OF PASSPORTS CURRENTLY TAKES 4-6 WEEKS. ONCE THE APPLICATION LEAVES THE CUSTOMER SERVICE & INFORMATION CENTER, THERE IS NOTHING THAT OUR STAFF CAN DO TO EXPEDITE THE APPLICATIONS.
