Serenity Hike at Bush Hill, Manchester

The Manchester Land Conservation Trust invites you to bring an open mind and your curiosity to a special walk combining meditation and connecting to nature. Shinrin-yoku is a Japanese tradition that can be translated as Forest Bathing. The free walk includes meditation breaks and taking in the healing qualities of nature. All are welcome – singles, adults, families, children age 10 and up. Land Trust member Dan Boughton will lead the walk, starting at 330 Bush Hill Road, on Saturday, February 24 from 10:00 a.m. until noon. Please wear sturdy shoes that can handle some wet conditions. Rain or snow date: Sunday, February 25. Check manchesterlandtrust.org for any updates the night before the walk. For this experience, RSVP to info@manchesterlandtrust, as the event is limited to eight people. Please, no dogs. We’ll ask guests to silence phones.
