Manchester NEXT Public Hearing

A final draft of Manchester NEXT, the Town’s Plan of Conservation and Development (POCD), is now available. The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on June 21, 2023, at 7:00 P.M., both virtually and in person in the Lincoln Center Hearing Room, 494 Main Street, Manchester, Connecticut, to hear and consider the adoption of the proposed update to the POCD.

A Public Notice outlining the details of attending the public hearing and submitting comments will be available not less than ten days before the scheduled public hearing.
