Connecticut Open House Day | Free

• The History Center, 175 Pine St. 11am-3pm. Then & Now exhibit. The museum store has books on
local history, high school yearbooks, copies of vintage maps, tee-shirts, mugs, notecards,
etc. The former Cheney machine shop is now on the National Register of Historic Places

• Cheney Homestead, 11am-3pm. Gardens, and Keeney Schoolhouse, 106 Hartford Road

• The Mill Studio of Fine Arts at 199D Forest Street. 9:30am-12:30pm.
Classes and workshops in the traditional methods of fine arts. Classes in drawing and painting for ages 12 and up. Millstudiofinearts.com

• Old Manchester Museum at 126 Cedar Street. 10am-2pm

• Woodbridge Farmstead: 11am-3pm. Barn and grounds at 495 East Middle Turnpike at Manchester Green

• Pitkin Glass Works. 11am-3pm. Located at the corner of Parker and Putnam Streets, with an archeological dig for children. Enjoy visiting the open museums and a stroll on your own in the Historic District.

• The Fire Museum, 11am-3pm. 230 Pine Street, corner of Pine St. and Hartford Road
