The panel will include experts from the Town of Manchester, MACC Charities, Manchester Police Department, and Community Health Resources (CHR). We will address and discuss what we are doing for those identified as homeless or "at risk" of becoming homeless in Manchester and the best ways for the community to help us in assisting our neighbors.
