Art Association meeting

Join Manchester Art Association @ 7 pm on Thu, 10/20, at the Manchester Church of Christ, Fellowship Hall (park in back), 595 Tolland Turnpike for a demo by watercolor artist Bivenne Staiger who brings paintings to life with color, texture and expert use of the medium to achieve high contrast.
