The second installment of taxes on the Grand List of October 01, 2023 and the Supplemental Motor Vehicle List are due and payable on January 1, 2025.
Facility Passes for Seniors, Adults and Youth Valid through December 31st
A facility pass is required and allows use of the recreation centers, outdoor pools, indoor pools, and the Community Y Fitness Center. Senior citizen passes are also valid for the Manchester Senior Center and Senior Center programs.
A facility pass is for Manchester residents only and a valid ID is required to prove residency upon purchase and renewal. You must be present when purchasing a membership as photos will be taken at the time of purchase and renewal. Adult, Youth, and Senior facility passes can be purchased at Center Springs Lodge, Community Y Rec Center and Customer Service at Town Hall. Senior passes can also be purchased at the Senior Center.

Adults (21-59 years old) $50.00
Senior Citizens (60+ years old) $10.00

Youth facility passes do not provide access to public libraries. Youth passes are a free pass to give Manchester youth full access to Manchester’s recreation centers, outdoor pools, and indoor pools. Library cards must be obtained separately from Manchester Public Libraries. Youth passes are valid for one year and customers can choose from a membership wallet-sized card (same size as previous years), or a keychain-sized card. The same card will be renewed year to year unless a card is lost; the lost card replacement fee is $5.00. Please note that photos will still be taken at the time of purchase for our records and proper identification when visiting our centers and pool facilities.
